What to Make of TabTrade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

Tab Trade — The Short Version

TabTrade went live in March 2026. Online broker based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It says the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. Still preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade went the other way. Interesting choice.

What you can trade: forex, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a platform that is a few months old, that range is broad.

Platforms

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both matters. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, EAs, huge user base. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Faster charting. cBot support. Plenty of traders find it more natural after using both.

Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is said to be in the works. That would make the platform set when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can sit under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not relevant to most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the thing this broker stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers operate at 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That signals something about priorities.

Put together that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the total package is strong. Hardly anyone at this price point have infrastructure at this level.

Safety

Here is the part you need to be straight about. Tab Trade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No FCA. No government-backed safety net. If that is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is expensive. Dodgy operations do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not guarantee anything. It does inform your assessment.

What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal works is your call.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade offers a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual deposit match. You deposit, TabTrade credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before funding.
